image009Though Preschool Tutoring is offered on an individual basis as well as for pairs and small groups, since Preschool-aged students are still developing their social and cognitive skills, there are many benefits to tutoring in pairs and especially in small groups such as:  lessons about cooperation and conversation, the opportunity to engage in academic accountable talk with peers, and practice learning in a classroom, which is a skill in and of itself.

Regardless of which form of Preschool Tutoring your child participates in, individual learning paths will be created for each child based on a complementary informal assessment provided by Learning Tower as well as on information provided by the parent, classroom teacher, and any other professionals involved in the child’s education that the parent wishes to share. Learning paths will also be aligned with the Common Core standards for Preschool and Kindergarten for Reading (ELA) and Math. In addition, Preschool tutoring learning paths may also include Fine Motor Skill and Handwriting instruction, as needed.Preschool tutoring sessions are offered on an individual, pair, or group basis.
