During weekly sessions, students will be instructed by the teacher, as well as work with the teacher and each other to:

1.  Learn and increase Phonemic Awareness and Phonics skills

2.  Apply Phonemic Awareness and Phonics skills to their reading and spellin

3.  The importance of rhyming words

4.  Determine individual reading levels

5. Increase fluency to improve comprehension of on-level text
